Supplier Code of Conduct
Responsible sourcing is fundamental to our governance framework. Our Supplier Code of Conduct forms the foundation of our commitment to integrity, ethical practices, and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
This policy ensures that all suppliers and business partners align with our ethical, environmental and labour standards, reinforcing our dedication to responsible procurement and corporate governance. By aligning with our Supplier Code of Conduct, our partners reinforce our shared dedication to responsible procurement, corporate governance, and long-term sustainability.
We believe that ethical and sustainable business practices are not just a regulatory necessity but a strategic imperative, fostering trust, accountability, and long-term value across our global network.
Key Principles of our Supplier Code of Conduct
Legal Suppliers: All suppliers must adhere to local, national and international laws and regulations, ensuring full legal and ethical compliance in their operations.
Human Rights and Labour Standards: we are committed to upholding human rights across our supply chain. Suppliers are expected to implement fair labour practices, prohibit child and forced labour, and foster equitable treatment for all employees.
Health and Safety: Protecting the physical and mental well-being of workers is essential. Suppliers must maintain safe environments and actively improve safety practices.
Environmental Responsibility: Suppliers must take measurable steps to reduce environmental impact — minimising waste, conserving resources, and adhering to regulations.
Business Ethics and Anti-corruption: We hold our suppliers to the highest standards of transparency and integrity. This includes strict anti-corruption policies, fair competition practices, and respect for intellectual property rights.
Our Supplier Code of Conduct is distributed during the onboarding process and serves as a key element in aligning our supply chain with global best practices.

Future Ambitions
As more suppliers adopt our Code of Conduct, we are also expanding our governance efforts across the organisation:
Enhanced ESG Reporting – We are committed to improving our transparency through regular reporting on governance, risk management and sustainability performance.
Strengthening Data Security – As digital threats evolve, we continue to invest in cybersecurity infrastructure and employee training to mitigate risks.
Continuous Policy Development – Governance is an ongoing process, and we will continue refining our ethics policies, compliance programmes, and leadership accountability measures.
By staying rooted in ethical business practices, Europlaz ensures that governance remains a powerful driver of sustainable growth, stakeholder trust, and long-term success.
