Strengthening digital capability through Government-supported investment
Europlaz is delighted to announce the successful completion of a significant digital transformation project made possible through the Made Smarter Adoption East of England Programme. The initiative, funded by the Department for Business and Trade and administered by Norfolk County Council, has supported Europlaz in advancing its digital infrastructure and strengthening its manufacturing capabilities.
Integrating advanced planning and scheduling technology
With the support of the grant, Europlaz has implemented a fully integrated digital planning and scheduling solution, seamlessly connecting Kinabase with the 123 Insight ERP platform. This integration enhances the way operational, quality, and customer information flows across the organisation, providing real time visibility and supporting more accurate production forecasting. The upgrade further embeds quality assurance and regulatory compliance within Europlaz’s medical device manufacturing processes.
Supporting long-term growth and operational resilience
This investment marks an important milestone in Europlaz’s long term strategy to modernise, scale, and future proof its digital capabilities. By strengthening productivity, improving communication with customers, and enhancing operational resilience, Europlaz is well positioned to support continued growth in both UK and global markets. The project reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and continuous improvement.
