Europlaz donates laptops to local primary school to ensure all pupils are suitably equipped for home learning.
With schools closed, technology to learn from home is vital and children without access to a computer are missing out. To help local children, Europlaz has donated refurbished laptops to Southminster C of E Primary School to enable children and parents access online resources and support.
The laptop donation also helps support Europlaz’s sustainability goal by providing an opportunity to recycle old laptops for a good cause.
Headteacher, Xanthe Glynn, was delighted with the laptop donation: “These laptops will help our most disadvantaged pupils with access to learning. They will also help support the children stay connected to friends and teachers via our online learning and live lessons which will support their emotional well-being. We cannot thank you enough for giving our children this opportunity to be successful whilst working remotely.”
We look forward to hearing more about how the children are using these laptops and are in discussions about how we can further support our local primary school in the future.
